Paul Casey - Operations Manager

Paul has been employed with Back N’ Balance since 2003 and has over 20 years of Customer Service and Commercial Insurance experience. He is always eager and willing to explain your insurance coverage and offer you the best and most economical solutions tailored to your budget.

Ariya Coppock - Licensed Massage Therapist (Lic.#MA58609)

Ariya is a 20 year resident of the Tampa Bay Area. She graduated in December 2009 from the Cortiva Institute for Massage Therapy located in Pinellas Park. "My passion for massage therapy started at a young child and I finally had the opportunity in my life to make it my profession. One of the fondest memories as a youngster was giving massages to my Asian grandmother. This was part of our culture and it gave her great comfort. I enjoyed seeing and feeling this. Now I enjoy making others feel better with Therapeutic or Relaxation massage. My goal is to provide my clients with the highest quality of massage to preserve and improve the whole being which will supply an unquestionable dynamic metamorphosis- MIND, BODY, and SOUL!" - Ariya

Karen Mirlenbrink - Certified Pilates Instructor

Karen is a passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Pilates professional. Her expertise and experience of almost 10 years of instructing Pilates has allowed her to teach a variety of clients. Her clients have included professional athletes and dancers, those with orthopaedic issues, those with serious illnesses, and those looking for a great, body- changing workout. Karen's philosophy is to determine your needs to help align, strengthen, and support your body, utlizing a truly holistic approach to fitness. She has the ability to cater your Pilates experience to your specific health and fitness goals.

Carolyn Bell - Certified Flexibility Specialist

Carolyn practices an assisted stretching technique know as Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). She was certified by Stretch To Win, an organization that specializes in improving athletic performance for Olympic, elite and professional athletes. Carolyn discovered that this evidenced based myofascial stretching protocol is excellent for her Pilates and flexibility clientele. She finds that with assisted stretching, feeling is believing- results are a more effective relaxation response and with greater gains in flexibility over traditional stretching or form a Pilates session. In addition to FST, Carolyn seeks out scientific based continuing education such as Functional Anatomy for Movement and Injuries (FAMI) and Anatomy Trains. Carolyn is also a devotee of the Franklin Method, teaching experiential anatomy and movement imagery for improved body function in sports, fitness and life pursuits. Carolyn is comprehensively trained and nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, Lululemon Athletica Ambassador Alumni and the former owner of Tampa Bay's Supercuts hair salons.





Gaye Ditzler-Licenced Massage Therapist (MA#41340)

Gaye graduated from the Humanities Center School of Massage in 1989.  She has been doing Neuromuscular Therapy throughout her career, and loves the instant reward of helping someone feel better.  She is also a Reiki Master and loves this form of energy work while working for Suncoast Hospice.  Gaye worked for Back n' Balance before her years with Hospice and is thrilled to be back working with suck a caring and fun crew.

Gaye grew ip in Washington, D.C. and enjoys politics, reading, golf, and long walks with her dogs.


Megan White, Ph.D.- Chiropractic Assistant

Megan recently completed her Ph.D. in Public Health in January of 2015.  Her backround is in helath promotion and health educatio.  She has worked for local non-profit and pharmaceutical companies.  In her spare time she volunteers at a local animal shelter an LGBT organization.  When Megan is not working or volunteering she spends her time baking sweet treats and fanatically supporting the Tampa Bay Lightning....GO BOLTS!!!!
